A life and body of work built on voice, clarity, and intention.
I’m Aya Hojadova — author, host of the Rise + Rebel podcast, and commercial real estate advisor. My work lives at the intersection of business, identity, expression, and personal transformation, with one guiding thread at the center: helping people move through life with greater truth, courage, and clarity.

Who I am
I have never been interested in building a life that looks good from the outside but feels disconnected on the inside.
Everything I create — through commercial real estate, podcasting, writing, and advisory work — comes from a deeper commitment to alignment. I care about voice. I care about truth. I care about helping people make decisions that reflect who they really are, not just what is expected of them.
My background spans marketing, sales, business development, storytelling, and real estate. Over the years, I have learned that strategy matters, but so does self-trust. Clarity matters, but so does courage. And the strongest work we do in the world usually begins when we stop shrinking, stop performing, and start telling the truth.
That is the throughline behind everything I build.

What I believe
I believe a strong life is built the same way a strong brand is built: with clarity, intention, discernment, and the courage to trust what is true.
I do not see business, creativity, authorship, and identity as separate lanes. I see them as connected expressions of a person’s deeper work in the world.
That is why this site brings together my real estate advisory, Rise + Rebel podcast, and books under one roof. Different formats. One voice. One body of work.
My books
My books are an extension of my voice: reflective, honest, direct, and built to move people forward.
I write for people who are ready to see themselves more clearly, trust their voice more deeply, and make more intentional decisions in the way they live, create, and lead.
Some of my work is designed to challenge. Some of it is designed to affirm. All of it is designed to wake something up.

Featured Book
Take the Stage
Take the Stage is for the person who knows they are here for more, but needs help reconnecting with their voice, confidence, and creative power.
This book was written for people who are ready to stop hiding, stop second-guessing themselves, and step into a fuller expression of who they are. It is about visibility, self-trust, creative identity, and the inner work required to show up more honestly in your life and work.
Whether you are an actor, model, entrepreneur, creator, or someone navigating a season of reinvention, Take the Stage is an invitation to stop shrinking and start owning your presence.

Getting Lost in the Sauce
Getting Lost in the Sauce explores what it means to lose yourself in the noise, the performance, the pressure, and the distractions that pull you away from your own center.
It speaks to the reality of being human in a world that constantly tempts people to disconnect from themselves, chase validation, and confuse busyness with truth. This book invites readers back into awareness, reflection, and a more conscious relationship with how they move through life.
If Take the Stage is about expression and ownership, Getting Lost in the Sauce is about recognition and return.
Why I write
I write because words can create clarity where there was confusion. They can restore language where there was numbness. They can wake people up to what they already know, but may not yet have fully claimed.
My writing is not about offering performance or perfection. It is about creating something real enough to be felt and useful enough to create movement.
I want my work to meet people at the point where they are ready to see more clearly, feel more honestly, and live more intentionally.

A multidimensional body of work
In addition to being an author, I am also the host of the Rise + Rebel podcast and a commercial real estate advisor serving the Charleston Tri-County market.
That breadth is not accidental. It reflects the way I see the world: strategy and soul, business and voice, structure and self-trust all belong in the same conversation.
Whether you found me through real estate, the podcast, my books, or the newsletter, you are stepping into the same larger ecosystem — one built on clarity, courage, and meaningful work.

Join the Inner Circle
If my work resonates with you, the best place to stay connected is through the Inner Circle.
This is where I share updates on new podcast episodes, writing, books, reflections, resources, and the ideas shaping what I’m building next. It is thoughtful, personal, and designed for people who want more than surface-level noise.
Stay connected to the deeper conversation.
